Our primary job is to make entertaining a delight for you. We will prepare the food, send staff to set- up, serve and clean-up or we can simply deliver the prepared food to you for ‘self service’. We are also able to provide equipment for you (from tents to dishes, tablecloths, tables and chairs). We offer helpful suggestions when you are not sure of any aspect of your event.

Cost depends on the menu selected, number of guests, method of service and equipment desired.

We have professional bartenders who will serve non alcohol beverages whether we bring them or you provide them. We are not licensed with the Alcoholic Beverage Control of Florida.

Yes, we carry liability insurance and our kitchen is certified by the Health Department.

I need help on selecting my food, I really don’t know what is best. What do most people do?

This is your party and should reflect the uniqueness of YOU. It really doesn’t matter what others do. Our Event Planners are experienced and will help you select a menu that is appropriate for your event.

We have private tastings. Our tastings are created especially for you, and are based on the food you would like served at your event. We do charge for the tastings, however, if you decide to have us cater your event there is no charge.

We are very proud of our beautiful (and bountiful) buffets. We are also skilled in Plated Service. If you have a theme, we are very creative with presentation.
